- NANadia AlsadoApr 28, 20261.0I had a terrible experience with this facility, similar to other posts. My price increased by over 70% after 4 months even though it was never communicated the initial price was promotional. It went up another 10% at month 10. When I tried to contact someone about being billed inaccurately, they validated the rate had more than doubled. I was unable to log into my online account to look at the bill. I tried to reset my password over 10x but it consistently did not work due to system errors on their end. In addition, you cannot get anyone on the phone at centralized services or the facility. Lastly, I called to verify I could store a cube at the location for one day and the staff said no problem. When I arrived on move out day, I was told they do not allow cubes to be there overnight. Terrible customer experience. I would never work with this company again. The corners you’re cutting financially are evident to your customers and word travels far.

I rented a unit from a different storage company location nearby and I was horrified when I got there and there were no controlled access on the building other than the entry gate, so I canceled and came over here and he found me a unit right away that was perfect for what I needed, and much safer. I signed and I was able to get out right before the end of his day! Thanks again for all the help.
