Liz at the front desk was amazing and took care of me when I had a few issues.
I was going to give this a 2/5, but added two stars because of Liz.
The last star remains off because there were issues with the elevator not working when I was moving in. It was resolved within days, but I bumped into other users of the storage and they brought up the elevator issues without me mentioning it, so I hope the elevator down isn’t a multiple event thing. Had it not been for Liz, this would have been a 2/5 review.
If over time, I have no further issues with the elevator, I will consider re-reviewing.
