Lisa who works on site is awesome! This review is specifically about her. Extra Space Storage has been raising my rates aggressively since I started renting a unit 3 years ago - and I mean by 200%, which is nonsense. But today, I went in and talked to Lisa, ready to move out, and she was able to cut the rate in half within the hour.
So, Lisa = AMAZING. Extra Space = opportunistic with their pricing. Keep an eye on your bill & request current market rates as soon as they raise the rent on you. They also do keep the units well maintained, which I appreciate.
