Never in all of my years or renting storage have I encountered a facility manager as courteous, professional, and helpful as Vincent. He always answers the phone and calls back when he says he will. He answers all my questions in an easy to understand way. He has helped me upgrade the size of my storage to a larger unit when business picked up, and on my time. Definitely an asset in an area where you might not expect to find such.

Please ensure that all employees are properly aligned and providing consistent, accurate, information to customers. I received conflicting and inaccurate information from both local and corporate representatives, which led to confusion about what I could and could not do regarding renting a unit. Based on my experience, it felt as though the focus was more on collecting payment rather than genuinely assisting customers through the process. I also never received a call from the property manager after being told I would. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, especially considering that I paid for a full month for a unit that I ultimately never used.

Horrible. Unit was dirty when I went to move in, big stain on the floor. I mopped it myself and had to request that they put a door sweep on the door, since it was a regular door (not a rollup). This took over a month. After only 6 months, they doubled my rent so I booked a different, smaller unit. When I showed up to move my items, it was almost 100 degrees in the “climate controlled” space and they had not even called me to inform me that the A/C was out. This is a huge rip off, buyer beware. I won’t rent from them again.

Units are smaller than advertised. The rent was doubled after 6 mos and the climate-controlled wasn’t working, so the unit was 97 degrees. The company was unwilling to offer any compensation, so please use this feedback to help you make a decision. This review is for the south 1st and William Cannon location.
