Appalling business practices. I’ve been a storage unit renter for over 10 years now. I can tell you were i will never give my business to, not just this one, any extra space storage facility. In fact I will go out of my way to ensure to the best if my ability that not a single cent of my money ever reaches your business. If anyone ever tells me they need storage, I will make sure to direct them somewhere else. I will leave negative complaints with anyone who takes your money and sponsorship. I will ensure that I can Voice my distain for your corporation if somehow the government would give you a contract. You chose to build next to a stadium and then treat everybody who runs through your business or the nearby business as a nuisance cockroach, and you had no reason to do that. You went out of your way to be as unneighborly and petty to the extent that not just you for whatever company this is that you hired and authorize to run on your property have completely changed the way I will ever look at you. Is the worst marketing decision you’ve ever made in your life and all for someone who wasn’t even parked in one of your customers parking spots nor blocking your gate nor they are for more than a minute. Pathetic.

I visited a food truck near this business to pick up a food order. I noticed that several customers were parking their cars with their hazards on. I decided to do the same.
I ended up waiting for my food for 20 minutes. When I returned to my car, I discovered that it had a boot on it. To remove the boot, I would have had to pay $100 to the towing company.
I understand that this is private property, however, I was only temporarily parked near the grass knoll at the entrance, not blocking anyone from entering or parking. I would understand if I took a parking spot or I was preventing customers from entering their business but this was at 9:20pm at night and the business has no customers besides people attending the gas station and food trucks.
If this was such an issue, why doesn’t this business put up more signs warning customers who are getting their food that they cannot park here? It seems strange that there are multiple reviews about cars being booted, yet the business doesn’t appear to be taking any action to address the problem. This experience doesn’t even make me want to visit these food trucks because I don’t even know where I can safely park without getting a boot on my car.
The fellow that booted my car said next time I should park at the Taco Bell but that would result in the same outcome, since that is a private business. This whole interaction seemed sketchy and a scam.

This place is the scummiest place I’ve ever seen, basically running a money scheme for booting cars. Went to go pick up some food at the restaurant next door, the restaurants parking lot was closed due to a soccer game so I parked in theirs went inside no more than 2 minutes to pick up my food, came back out and my car had a boot on it. No where in their parking lot had a sign displayed that after hours parking would be subjected to a boot and a $100 fee. Low life company
