Made the rental process easy, and made me feel like a valued customer. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you for making my experience so smooth and stress-free. I really enjoy this Extra Space Storage on Parmer. The staff is super friendly, and the facilities are always Clean. Today, Jakai , assisted me with my rental unit Account and kept me up to date on important dates and deadlines . I left Out of the office today, feeling safe with my items, at this location as well as Overall, with Extra Space Storage. You can trust Renting with this company.

When I first started here it was decent and the staff was great but after about a year they changed management and everything went downhill. The doors and gates were constantly broken snd so it is insecure and it is now an unmanned, filthy, rat infested hole. I moved out this week and had to desl with a rat corpse in my stuff. Also they raise your rates every three months. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this place.
