Checkout was easy as well! Tarra was extremely helpful and considerate with the whole move out process! Even helped move some of my stuff to and from my unit!

- TBTrevor BurtzosApr 18, 20261.0Jakai was the best! Went above and beyond to help us out and finally get out of this hellhole. Management is actively ignoring a huge mouse infestation, and did nothing to help mitigate mouse pee and droppings all over my belongings. They are able to move around on the sprinkler pipes, so even if nobody nearby has anything they eat, your stuff will still end up covered in poop and urine. Just during the 4 hours it took to remove all the ruined items, we met 3 other people in different parts of the building in the same situation.

Rats ruined everything to my name and they wouldn’t let me dispose of it in the dumpster, and insurance doesn’t cover the removal of damaged property. My only option was a junk hauler, which would have cost close to $1000 so I have been stuck paying rent. No one returns my calls and everyone has been dismissive and some downright offensive. Jakai made an effort to work with his managers.
