I was going to rent from this location, but the guy I spoke with talked me out of it. He was rude and convinced me I did NOT want to rent a unit there. I went to another one, and the woman was great, thankfully, because after speaking to Thomas, I almost went to a different storage company altogether. I also had a horrible experience with their call center, so the person at the location I am at now did a great job, because I dealt with multiple people at this company who were awful to deal with. Whatever you do, DO NOT choose THIS location.

Great storage facility! The rental process was quick and easy, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the unit was clean and secure. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable storage facility. Mrs. Ester was very helpful and quick to get me set with a unit.

very clean storage unit, great lighting and comfortable temperature. Also has WiFi which is so helpful to me as I do inventory out of this unit. Thomas is so great. Very helpful in setting up my unit as it’s rented through my company and has a few extra hoops to jump through. He is always so nice and making sure everything is good with the unit and his service. Highly recommend!

A Lifesaver for Event Professionals!
I cannot recommend Extra Space Storage enough! The entire facility is spotless, well-lit, and the climate-controlled units keep my inventory in perfect condition. As a busy Event Planner, this facility has completely transformed our operations. Managing a massive inventory of bulky backdrops, fragile centerpieces, and premium linens requires impeccable organization and care. This location delivers exactly what we need. It has 7 day access and great security cameras, I always feel my items are safe. Thomas was very helpful in helping me choose a unit best suited (and most economical) for a growing business. A stress-free experience from start to finish!

Best customer service I’ve received in a while! Love speaking to smart and knowledgeable individuals. This extra space storage facility is always spotless when I come by to help my grandfather drop off our belongings in our unit! The site Manager Thomas is wonderful!
