Smooth move in and out. Had a minor technical issue when I moved in on a Sunday but the on call staff was readily available and got it addressed immediately even while not on duty. They went above and beyond. The in-person interaction was very courteous and professional and helpful. Highly recommend. I used the location off Ben White, west of 35.

I have been using Extra Space Storage every time I move to make the process easier. It’s one of the best storage facilities because it’s always clean, air-conditioned, and has friendly staff. This time I signed up online and there was a mix-up with the unit I wanted, but Cindy at the Boston Lane location fixed it right away. She has been super helpful throughout the whole process!
