The grounds and building were very clean. I had issues with the elevator, went to the front office, and was helped immediately- turns out it was user error. I've used a few storage places over the years and this has been one of the best. I appreciate the security gates and being able to use the app to get to my unit.

I was shopping around online for a storage unit. i saw the promotional special and was like it had to be good to be true. I called customer service and spoke with Lee . From the Beginning of our conversation, He was very informative and very knowledgeable about the services . No Fine print just great service at a wonderful price. Set up was nice and easy and within a few minutes, all was set up. Got to the location and everything was already handled. Got my keys and all set . Dom at the property was very helpful. One of the best experiences i’ve had in a while. Thanks Extra Space Storage!

There were three men in a moving truck who threatened to physically assault me me because I took a photo of their moving truck to show management that there are often people moving large furniture in and out, I am filing a police report. This place is not safe in my opinion. Find a better managed facility
