I had a very disappointing experience with this storage parking facility. The customer service was unprofessional, and dealing with Donn was especially frustrating. Instead of being helpful and making the situation easier, the experience left me feeling disrespected and dissatisfied.
I expected much better communication and customer service, especially from a business that people trust with their vehicles and property. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place and I will not be using their services again.

Don, the manager there, is fantastic. Top notch service and professionalism. Handled my questions, especially about security, well. And made me feel comfortable to lease a space. Fingers crossed the storing experience is a good one, but so far so good

This facility is great. Super easy to get set up and the facility manager patiently works with your needs to find the right unit for you. I had zero issues accessing my unit whenever I needed. There are a number of security gates to get through helping me feel that my items were secure.

Don provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He took the time to show me several units, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. The facility was absolutely immaculate, which gave me a lot of confidence in choosing to store my belongings there. I was extremely pleased with my experience and would highly recommend Express Storage on Congress to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed facility with exceptional customer service. We were renting a space in another Extra Space storage and it was a very bad experience with the units and the staff, so I cancelled the contract and went looking. I am so glad we found Don! His building is immaculate, he cares about customer service and he was just incredibly helpful! I am super pleased to be moving in to his building on South Congress. Thank you so much!
