  Walking in the door, you know you’ve arrived at the right place for your (rug) needs. The owner/staff are extremely knowledgeable-the history of rug/peoples origins to current cleaning processes appropriate for the materials. They explain the steps necessary to bring out the best of your item, heirloom or heirloom to be. Quality takes time and they are well worth it.

  Marcella did a great job repairing my Persian rugs. She took the time to explain their construction to me and told me how she would fix the issues. The repair was done ahead of schedule and you would never know anything was ever wrong with them. The price was reasonable as well.

  We have used Austonian Rug since we came to Austin 19 years ago. They always do a quality job at reasonable prices. It's worth the extra drive to keep using them

  After the Halloween floods, my living room rug was soaked with rainwater. I called Austonian at about 3pm and they picked up my rug by 7pm. No one else could provide service better than that!
