I accidentally misplaced my phone in the rug department, and from the moment I told her, Mary went above and beyond to help me. Even though she was clearly managing the store and had many other responsibilities, she never made me feel like I was a burden. She would continue taking care of her duties, then come back to check on me and help me search. Her kindness, patience, and genuine concern meant so much during what had become a very stressful situation. As a retail Store Manager myself, I know how demanding management can be, and I recognize exceptional customer service when I see it. Mary demonstrated exactly what great leadership looks like—she stayed calm, compassionate, and customer-focused the entire time. At Home is fortunate to have a leader like Mary representing the company. Employees like her create loyal customers and leave a lasting impression. Thank you, Mary, for going above and beyond. The store is massive and incredibly well stocked with everything from stylish indoor furniture, rugs and lighting to an outstanding seasonal and holiday decoration section that is truly in a league of its own. The pricing is very affordable which makes it easy to completely refresh a room or deck out your home for the holidays without breaking the bank. The wide aisles are easy to navigate and the overall layout makes the whole shopping experience enjoyable and inspiring rather than overwhelming. The staff are friendly and happy to help which rounds out what is consistently one of the best home decor shopping experiences in the Austin area.

What is the At Home return policy?
No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items.
We are unable to accept returns on mattresses.
We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
