Very pleased with our initial home service. We are new to the area and our neighbor referred the service. From my very first phone call to the actual service the representatives were kind, patient and knowledgeable. Sasha text when she was 30 min from our home and upon arrival helped go over our needs and provided clear expectations for the product and service. She was so thorough and even took photos to show the area she treated with concerns. I really appreciate her patience with our family Husky and the care she took to explain the product and provided my homeschool son a quick lesson on why it's important to not squish the ants. I am grateful for her and look forward to her treating our home for now. She is great at what she does and I have no doubt she'll be promoted sooner than later. I hope all the techs are wonderful like her.

Was good until it was really really bad. Set up a specific day and time for company to come out and spray inside and out of my house. They no Called no showed me on the day we had scheduled. I had to call them. Set up a new appointment for the following week. They showed up in the middle of the week unannounced and came onto my property without myself or my wife, knowing. Sprayed a whole bunch of chemicals in the backyard and unbeknownst to us, we let our dog outside Before, it was safe. Needless to say we are are going to the vet so hopefully he doesn’t die. I will not be using this company ever again and hopefully for them, there’s not a lawsuit coming.

Incredibly shady business practices that make me a little worried for their salesmen. We had a young woman come to our door three times begging us to sign up with the company because they have competitions on Fridays and if her team didn’t get a certain amount of new clients she’d have to drink a beer from a sock. My husband felt bad and started to give her information after she came back to the house a third time at 9 pm but we ultimately said we couldn’t just sign a contract we can’t read on the spot. To save herself from the hazing punishment she took the info we gave her, used her own card info and emailed us a forged contract after she left. Now we have to go through the cancellation steps within 3 days to make sure we don’t somehow end up on the hook for pest service we never signed up for. I know you need to motivate your salespeople but this is bordering on abuse if it’s encouraging workers to forge documents. Absolutely insane experience.

Not really sure on this place just yet. Signed up yesterday and schedule for today in a time that works for us. Later in the day got text confirmation for a day later. So I called to find the time they wanted, to be sure we could accommodate it, since we do have a literal house full of dogs and cats. They stated the time and it worked for us so I said sure.
But then very else this morning I got notice they would be here TODAY during a time we specifically said we could not do while we were signing up for service. On top of that, I mentioned it’s raining all day, can you really come? And I was told
Yes they can come even in the rain.
Later I was texted to ask if I was planning for indoor service since this was my first session. I said no since we have so many pets and I have no where to put them in the rain.
When the person arrives for service they said they can’t do any outside work for the rain! And they can do pretty much inside work. A asked if they were the person I texted about inside work earlier and my pet situation. They said they had no idea, also no idea why I was told I could get outside work like for mosquitoes. And we are in Texas! So
I am hoping this is just early days ironing out the details. Because really, it’s always been a mess in just two days.

Go with someone local. I kept this service entirely too long. The experiences of the actual treatment have been hit or miss. Sometimes it appears that the teams are thorough, and other times they’re literally there for less than five minutes. Sometimes they only do the front yard when they’re not able to easily access the back, instead of contacting us.
My major complaint is the ambiguous billing practices and very poor website experience. It took me until now, post cancellation, to realize that others have had the experience of abruptly increased treatment prices without notification. You can’t make any changes on their website, and this has bothered me for a long time, but it’s such a hassle to call the call-center and negotiate with them for simple changes. Ultimately, I called to cancel because I was moving homes. When I attempted to do this, the call center agent put me on a very long hold - and instead of allowing me to cancel, stated she reviewed my account and deduced that “you’ve been a very loyal customer and we feel you are paying too much the last few treatments” (what?? Why?) She then offered to put my account on hold for 2 months while I moved - then reduce my routine treatment price at my new house to something about 25% of the price I’m currently paying. Obviously they have a customer retention strategy but it was really off putting. First of all, I was frustrated about the notion of having overpaid at all, and secondly, the way they keep you from leaving feels really forceful and directly dismissive. At that point, I just wanted to get off the call and agreed to freeze treatments for a few months while I moved and restart with a “discounted” rate.
Unfortunately today I got a notification that I’m AGAIN scheduled for a treatment at the old property next week. I called again and was transferred to the “cancellation department” - to another pretty aggressive rep who fought me about cancelling and questioned my judgement - “oh, don’t you mean you’re wanting to transfer services?” “well, do you have a pest problem now? No? It’s because you’re using our services. Do you really want to do that?” I had to keep arguing to force him to cancel my account, and he ultimately stated that it was done. We will see if it is actually canceled or if they will continue to ignore my request.
