I wanted to speak about my experience with the extremely inexperienced store manager Kevin. Super unprofessional and does not know how to do his job. I had a cancelled order and was expecting my money refunded. Instead multiple charges for E-Z pay autopay for services and a product I NEVER received. After several attempts to get Kevin to speak with me about my refund was able to finally get him on the call where he thought it was professional to tell me “it’s out of my hands and you need to contact corporate for your refund” and tried to proceed with hanging up and not even giving me the follow-up information. I had to call and report the store and was advised by customer care that what I was told by Kevin was completely untrue and that they would need to get a regional manager just to help me with a refund because the store manager was too incompetent. That’s sucks. Imagine how many people are being ripped off by these companies. I almost want to file a simple suit against Kevin and Aaron’s for employing him for all the running around and false information he’s given me. And the lack of not wanting to help, smh. They need to hire someone else for that manager position cause that’s beyond words what I dealt with with this manager Kevin.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
