- DBderek boulangerSep 19, 20235.0Morgan is second to none! This gentleman, took time to look up part numbers based off a picture and a guess that I was coming into the store with. He was knowledgeable and more than willing to go the extra mile to to handle anything I threw at him. It may be a little farther of a drive than my closest store but you can guarantee I’m coming to this branch for anything pool/spa related that comes my way (even as a “pool professional”). They have had more parts readily available than most stores in the area which makes for a quick easy transaction and back on the road to be efficient and profitable as a small business. Thank you Morgan, look forward to seeing you again soon!

- RSRon SchneiderJul 21, 20221.0Went to Denton store to get a part for my impeller and it was not in stock. They called the Crossroad store to see if they had it. The Crossroad employee said that they had it and for me head that way, which I did. Upon arrival at Crossroads the young man working the store told me that he didn't have it after all. He suggested I try the Lewisville or Plano stores (which are nowhere near Crossroads) but didn't offer to call to check those stores on my behalf. What a joke. A complete waste of my time and gas. So much for customer service.
- SLShannon LaymanJul 2, 20221.0Would have given them "0 Stars", but that is not an option. Pool chemicals are over priced. Will not take returns on chemicals. I suggest going to Atwoods. Their prices on salt and acid are less than half the price at Leslie's. Will be taking my business else where.
