I did curbside pickup and when alerted my order was ready I drove to Lowe's and pulled into lane 1 pickup. Checked in and 15 minutes later tge app updated and said thank you for your patience and after 30 minutes I called the store and they didnt even know I was there. Thats an issue they need to correct

Hi, I’m reaching out about my recent delivery on 4/18/26. The soil, compost, and 5-gallon buckets were left on the curb instead of being brought closer to the house. I had arranged this delivery specifically to avoid my elderly grandparents having to lift or move heavy items
I understand the order may have been large, but I expected the items to be placed in a more accessible location. Delivering items properly is a basic part of the service, so it was frustrating to see this wasn’t done.
I’d appreciate it if you could address this or let me know what can be done to prevent this issue in the future.

Poor customer service. We visited on a rainy day with our toddler hoping to join the kids workshop. The station was nearly empty, and there were plenty of materials left—more than enough for the remaining hour of the event.
When we asked if our son could participate, we were told the workshop was “sold out.” We then asked if they could check for no-shows, especially given the weather earlier in the day, but staff refused and told us to wait until 1:00 pm to see if any spots opened.
It’s frustrating that no effort was made to accommodate walk-ins or even verify unused reservations from earlier time slots. Turning families away while materials sit unused reflects poor planning and a lack of flexibility.
Very disappointing experience. We’ll be sticking with Home Depot workshops instead.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.

You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
