  Bought a couch/love seat two years ago. Came with a warrenty that was supposed to cover any snags (example given was if your keys snag a piece of it) and any other things wrong with it. My zipper made a snag and the arm wrists had turned into hard wood blocks due to faulty padding. Came time to cash in on that warrenty and got the run around for a long time. Had to go up to the store and make a big deal about how I was getting ignored, long story short, they don't cover any of that stuff. It's disapointing because they're only two years old and were expensive but did not hold up to my much cheaper Ashley couches that are now 12 years old and still going strong. This place lies about their warrenty. I can provide plenty of proof.

  Update: Despite the store “owner’s” reply, it is clear from my original review that I had already contacted their “customer service team” who were wholly unwilling to address our issues. They want your money and no responsibility for the poor quality of the furniture they sell or any obligation to provide the most minimal level of customer service. We recently purchased over $17,000 worth of furniture from this store. It has been the most disappointing purchase we have ever made. Two chairs that we purchased, for which we paid over $3,000 each, developed horrendous squeaks 4 days after they were delivered to us. We requested replacement of the chairs. That was denied. They wouldn’t schedule any service to address the issues we were having for 2 1/2 weeks. They were completely inflexible saying that a customer has no right to request a morning versus an afternoon appointment. Their customer service representatives were so rude. Think carefully before you buy anything from LaZyBoy It’s not the company it used to be. The quality is poor and the service is worse.

  Customer service is not a priority. Do not expect a call to update you on where your product is. It took 1 week shy of a year to get my couch when I was told 6-8 months. I was lied to and told ‘it’s in production, and shipping next week 3 times’. It’s past the 3 days grace period and they will not let you cancel. These are franchises and the corporate office cannot help. Buy somewhere else, I wish I had. The couch isn’t as amazing as it’s advertised either. Sadly thousands down the drain.
