The Extra Space team here at the Pioneer Parkway, Arlington location is always so patient with their explanations, empathetic to the customers and their unique situations, and Shawn the manager is always willing to listen.. No matter how many times I call to ask questions about my unit, the level of professionalism, friendliness, and respect that he and his workers have displayed leaves me in awe. If they can assist you in any way at this location, they will always do their best. Customer service is not what it used to be , but theirs supersedes basic customer service and I am very greatftful.. The property is always clean and well-maintained and of course that is a plus

I have been a customer for years! I had to move out of my old unit in the Duncanville area because my unit got infested with rodents. So I moved to this location, but the manager has extremely horrible customer service. I will be moving out and never giving my money to Extra space. I like to feel valued where I do business.
