  The property manager, Samantha, was great. Friendly and helpful. I wish all businesses had people like Samantha who worked for them.

  I have been renting here for the past 2 years since before it was extra space storage. I was a little nervous with the changeover however I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of changing the apps and the excellent customer service. Sam in particular is an outstanding representative both of the previous company as well as the new. She explained to me of the merge over and the new due dates and made me feel more at ease. I was pleasantly surprised to see that she would still be there representing the location. She has been very helpful over the years making sure that I had the right size storage for my needs and as well as helping me through some of my technical difficulties with honor and respect.

  Extra Space Storage employee Sam called me to remind me of the due date. She explained several things I did not know about this new storage company take over. She was very polite, caring, and understanding. She was able to explain all my questions to me very easily for me to understand. keep up the good work, Sam thank you again.
