My payment was due on the 24th; however, I switched banks and was still waiting for my debit card to arrive. I knew it would be here today so that I could make the payment. A representative named Sean called me, but I was with a client, as I am a counselor, and could not pick up the phone during my session. He immediately called my job extension. I told him I do not want anyone calling my job, as that is an invasion of my privacy. He immediately became rude and demanded HIS payment, as if he were the CEO of Aarons! When I completed the session with my client, I immediately called him back and advised him that if he ever called my job or spoke to me the way he did, I would happily return the appliance to the store! I’m not sure what he thought he was accomplishing by trying to berate me and belittle me, especially since, without customers, he has no job! Someone had better deal with this immediately, or you can have your item back! I will use my credit card and go and purchase one outright!

- ACAbby ContrerasDec 15, 20251.0The new management is horrible they harass so much even when you explain things you tell them you can pay on Tuesday 12/16 and they say you only have till 12/13 I finished paying off my washer and dryer with them and just recently purchased a bedroom set I think they should know by know I want to keep my stuff they are constantly calling and leaving voicemails and coming to my door new staff is horrible oh and when I call to make a payment they keep me on hold a hang up and I have to keep calling 3 to 4 times to make my payment so frustrating this aarons was great before now it’s full of ignorant ppl

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
