  I am so pleased with the service A-1 provided to me (smart lock for front door and rekeying other doors). From Ashly in customer service to Jack who did installation, everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.

  We were in a panic because the door to our garage apartment was locked and no extra key could be found! Within 1 hour the serviceman from A-1 was at our home and quickly handed us 2 new keys and an opened door. Thanks!

  Had an issue with my door and I wasn't quite sure whether I needed a locksmith or a handyman. Turns out A-1 could handle the job. They fixed my door lock within an hour of my call. They were fast, courteous and did the job right, so the problem won't happen again.
