  I am a manager at local retail store. I called A1 locksmith to assist in swapping out cores in multiple locks on my property as they were stuck. I was told someone would be on site Friday 7/3, I even received a text message the day before reminding me. The day of, I get a message saying Jonathan #244 is on the way to my store. No one ever showed up, no one would answer the phone call the text came from or the local store. No one even ever attempted to call and reschedule. Incredibly poor customer service all the way around. My work offers basic rekeying services, if it out of our scope, I used to send people to A1 locksmith. I will surely not be recommending this company to anyone anymore.

  Kawasaki shop wanted a ton of money just for key blanks...Chris helped me out..found the correct key blanks and cut me 2 perfect keys for less than the Kawasaki shop wanted for 1 blank...great guy..great service... thank you A1 and thank you Chris...my new place to go for my key needs!

  My key fob was lost inside of my car... No one could find it. The car would start but you could not lock the doors. I bought a new key fob but everywhere I went I was told it could not be programmed without the original key in hand. I went to A1 locksmith they programed the key fob In a few minutes for $100. I am amazed and thankful and grateful! They are the best locksmith in town!

  First time I came here from a referral to get and repair a fob for my vehicle. I was treated very nicely from Chris and his associate. Chris answered all of my questions and explained all he was going to do without charging additional hidden prices.He was very professional yet very friendly and accommodating. I felt that I trusted him to do the work he said he would perform. In the future I will recommend him to all that I know who need these services.

  Posted a review on the Plano store but I used the Arlington store. Everyone was so helpful and Steve, who did my lock installation really helped me out. I highly recommend A1 as Arlington’s best locksmith.
