Been renting a unit at this location since 2024 & Matt has been beyond helpful from the initial sign up & also through unit changes. He always answers the phone promptly & has never been in a bad mood. He’s always been kind & friendly to the whole family! We love renting here! It feels like we’re doing business with someone in the neighborhood rather than a large corporation.

Hey guys, if you're looking to rent a storage space, go in and chat with Matt the facility manager rather than signing up online. Matt's genuinely a good guy and if you're good in return, I'm sure he'll do his best for you and help you out! My Husband and I have been customers here for 3-4 years. The young man named Matt is one of the best customer service representatives I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is very dedicated to his job and is very kind and sincere to the customers. He's also very polite and down to earth with a sense of humor. Everyone who works here is nice and polite but I prefer to only deal with Matt. He knows me by name when I call to make a payment or anything else. If you have any questions or issues he's your man because he goes above and beyond to be sure that you're comfortable and completely satisfied with your experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this storage facility for the best service and satisfaction. Thank you Matt, you're like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day lol. Thank you for caring about your customers.
