    The move in went good. However the business practices they use if you fall behind on payment is horrible. The company went from trying to charge me like 70 dollars one day to trying to charge 208 the next. I was behind but I did not get any notifications about a lien or the normal ways a storage will let you know. I found out after they tried charging me I logged into my account and saw the link and auction then I called them. I can deal with a company telling me no 🚫 because I understand the rules are the rules but as a customer I am going to see if there is anything else that can be done first I asked if they could waive the lien fee because I wasn't informed or notified about it. They said no only the late fee could be waived, so I asked for a supervisor to see if they could do anything the agent was basically refusing a supervisor at first then finally got one on the phone When I tell you he was more rude then her. He was speaking over me and I felt very disrespected I'm not sure was I discriminated against but if I wasn't that's just how the company is. I've never in all my life been treating so poorly by a business. I would suggest you not use this company because they have poor business practices Go with your more respectable storage companies like Public Storage because they keep you informed about your belongings and the cost the whole time. They call you, email, text and send mail. This company telling me they can't even tell me when my things are going to auction I wish I had never left my items there. I could pay it but honestly the stuff was just extra in my car that I didn't want to ride around in while I was in transition. If they was willing to drop at least half the cost. I would pay it , because trust me they not going to get nothing maybe 5 dollars from the auction I'm embarrassed by what's in there to be honest it looks like trash so that's why I'm not to pressed. I have to spend more than it's worth to pay for it and go pick it up. I don't live in that state

How do I rent a unit?

We offer three simple ways to rent a unit: On our website: You may filter through our locations to browse available units. You may also create your reservation and process your move in, all conveniently online! On location: All our locations (excluding SpareBox 0016 and SpareBox 0019) have a 24-hour on-site rental center with an easy-to-use kiosk. The kiosk will present all unit availability for the facility, and you easily create your reservation or move right in! With customer service: If you need assistance, please call (833) 777-7273 and one of our customer service team members will be happy to assist you in finding the right unit.

How do I set up my online account?

From the home page, click the red Register button in the upper right-hand corner: Select your state. Select your facility location. Enter your last name and unit number, exactly as they appear on your invoice or receipts. Note: Be sure to include any prefixed 0’s, or if you are in an accessible unit, be sure to include “ADA” after your unit number. After entering your last name and unit number, you will be prompted to set a password and a security question for your account.
