I bought a washer in store that they had to order. I went and picked it up and drove it 90 miles home to find that they gave me the wrong one. Waited 2 weeks for them to deliver my washer and take back the wrong one. The truck shows up at my house and doesn’t have my washer on the truck so they just pick up the wrong one and go back to Amarillo. I talked to the manager in appliances, not sure of her name, she was rude and unapologetic for all of this. Acted like it was my fault and told me that I can’t get my refund until the WRONG washer was returned back to them. So my money was being held up until they got their mistake fixed. Complete waste of my time. Never will go back to this Lowe’s.
