If I could give a lower review I would. I remember when Lowe’s as a whole would make it a priority to make their customers happy, ASM Jordan showed today that that has definitely changed. She absolutely does not care about the customer or keeping pro business in any way. She showed a complete disregard for anything being said and when I asked when I could call to speak to the store manager she refused to give me a time frame of when I could call to reach the store manager, would only tell me I could call on Monday when they opened. This shows she knows full well that she was in the wrong, otherwise why would she not be willing to give a time frame of when to contact the store to be able to reach the store manager. She definitely is not fit to be a manager and does NOT care about her customers.

I went to buy a craftsman tool chest. They only had one of the kind I wanted. They could not find the key to open the bottom section. They offered a discount and said I could have a key made. I didn’t want to spend almost 800.00 and have to have a key made. I asked if they would give me a discount on the model that was a 100.00 more. They said no nothing was wrong with that one. So let an 800.00 sale walk out the door without trying anything to keep my business. I guess I’ll go somewhere else to spend 800.00 plus all of the rest of the money I usually spend at Lowes

We had a really disappointing experience in the appliance section at Lowe’s. The sales associate we worked with was rude, dismissive, and came across more irritated than helpful. Instead of taking the time to explain things in an educational way, she repeatedly told us certain items had to be purchased for installation without clearly explaining why. The whole interaction felt very demeaning, especially when we were simply trying to understand the process and make the right decision for a major purchase.
We came in looking for guidance and left feeling frustrated and unheard without an appliance. Customer service should feel helpful and informative, not dismissive.

Just made a delivery to this Lowe’s and was unloaded by a guy named Digger. Was very rude, unloaded trailer unbalanced. Will refuse to deliver here again. Started unloading the middle of trailer instead of end.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase.
