  Sales staff is excellent and very helpful. The product delivered was MUCH harder than the sample in the store making it much less comfortable and created a well-being problem for me. Store policy is once it is delivered that is basically the end of story. The satisfaction survey was sent by email within hours of delivery. Wanting to give an accurate review I waited four days before clicking the survey link and it had expired. Poor performance at the corporate level. Be absolutely sure of your purchase...and even then beware and think twice.

  This sofa store has a very good collection of stylish and comfortable sofas. The showroom is well organized, making it easy to explore different designs. The staff was polite and explained materials and comfort levels clearly. The sofa I chose is sturdy and very comfortable for daily use. Pricing was reasonable, and delivery was smooth, professional, and completed within the promised schedule.

  Nita was AMAZING! I was worried about the process of buying a new dining set but she made the process so easy. She gave me feedback about what would look good and helped me through every step of the way to getting it in. If you are looking at new furniture at a good price, come here. The staff is a 10/10 in customer service!
