Great customer service. I needed a unit quick tried to book on line but due to the situation I wasn't thinking clearly and I didn't book what I needed. The office ended up calling to get additional info less than a half hour before closing. I was starting to loose hope with my situation and the front office lady (I wish I could remember her name) could tell I was loosing it and proceeded to calmly make it all work out for me. She made sure I had gate codes and a lock for unit since office would be closed by the time I made it. It was clean and easily accessible for me, no problems at all. She gave me a great deal on price as well. With everything I was dealing with, she made it all happen for me just when I had lost sight of it! Thank you for being good at your job. Very much appreciated.
