Shady business practices. Unethical business.
My daughter is a single mom with an 11 month old baby. She needed a storage locker. She contacted this location woman at this location in the office said that she could get a full refund if there was any changes. This location is has Alvarado address but it's not in Alvarado it's on the outskirts close to Mansfield.
My daughter asked all the questions verbally before hand but was given all the wrong answers and was misrepresented with the wrong information. They only gave her a partial refund. They kept the $30 administration fee. They say it's non-refundable. Read the contract !
It's in the contract that you sign. I escalated the situation I asked to talk to Anthony the guy that was in charge of this location. They refused to refund the money after I asked nicely. I even merge the phone call so my daughter could talk to Anthony directly on the line. After that they still refuse to refund the money. Yeah it's only 30 bucks but when you're a single mom and when you're struggling that might be the last $30 that you really have till next week. This place is nothing but a bunch of crooks in my opinion. I gave him the option to give a refund and a nice way I asked very kindly multiple times I said we can do this the easy way or we can do it the hard way. Now we can do it the hard way because they refused the refund the money. Avoid this place.
