  I absolutely love my Stoneside Blinds. The design consultation was outstanding, the installation was professional, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. I would gladly recommend Stoneside Blinds for their products and service. However, I want to warn anyone considering the Wells Fargo deferred-interest financing offered through Stoneside. If I had known how Wells Fargo handled situations like mine, I would never have chosen the deferred-payment option. Over nearly two years, I made consistent payments and reduced my balance from more than $11,000 to about $1,500. During an exceptionally busy work period, I accidentally missed the promotional payoff deadline by just 11 days. I paid the remaining balance in full as soon as I realized the mistake, but Wells Fargo charged me more than $4,800 in deferred interest. I also never received an email or reminder before the promotional period expired. After I appealed, Wells Fargo agreed to waive about $3,000 but still insisted that I pay more than $1,400 in deferred interest, despite my strong payment history and the fact that the missed deadline was only 11 days. I felt that Wells Fargo did not put its customers first or make a meaningful effort to work with a loyal customer acting in good faith. This is not a reflection on Stoneside Blinds—they were fantastic. However because of my experience with Wells Fargo, I had give it a three star. If you choose the Wells Fargo deferred-interest financing, make sure you set your own reminders and fully understand the terms, because missing the deadline by even a few days can be extremely expensive.

  Reba and Trent were both absolutely phenomenal to work with!!! I could not be happier with the process, customer service, and outcome. The design consultant and installation tech were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, detailed, helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my motorized roller shades were perfect and on-time. They were also communicative and responsive from beginning to end. I could tell they both really care about what they do - it shows!! They do excellent work and are a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!

  Trent was very friendly and helpful. He immediately was able to correct an issue of a usb charger cable that had come loose from the motor that was not accessible due to tight fitting fascia on valance. He even went back to his truck to get uninstalled parts to demonstrate for me how to get access if the cable came loose again. Great fast service!
