The service was terrible. It took an hour to deliver 80 bricks to the loading area. What a disappointment! What ignorance of customer service!

While thinking is a thing of the past and being removed by computers, customer service is also from a bygone era. For some reason, an order of 53 boxes of flooring anticipated for days, became one lone box of flooring delivered to an installer who had been waiting all day! $79 deliver, one $63 box of flooring. It gets better! The store had 44 boxes in stock, but day of delivery changed it to “backorder” because 60 were coming in “at some point”. Not only would those likely be a different run or dye lot, what NEEDED to happen was a PHONE CALL to say, hey, we can deliver 4x and you can get or we can deliver the rest from (other store). Did that happen? No. Please fix your ordering and 3rd party delivery systems so they don’t suck anymore. Lowes as GREAT in 2019 and every year since then it has gotten worse. I triple dog dare someone from corporate to ride along police style with some general contractors to see the absolute BS you put your employees and customers through, by design convoluted, incompatible systems for them to make orders, sales and deliveries. That 600m you made in the pandemic was for what? Do better. Also, zero non-self checkout lanes at a home improvement store with 36 handicapped spaces is absurd.

Thinking about ordering Lowe's installation service? The cost💵 may be much higher than you expected. Here is my photo of what I saw 😳AFTER Lowe's toilet installation. If I want the toilet to seat on the flange, I have to pay Lowe's $640 extra just for that.
Here is the story: I bought a toilet from Lowe's AND ordered their installation service ($199). The service order shows clearly this is a general PLUMBING job. But the sub-contractor came told me he is NOT a licensed plumber, and LOWE's told me I have to pay extra ($640) to change the flange, as flange change is NOT general plumbing!
So after you order the Lowe's installation "general plumbing" service, there is a chance that you neither get a plumber, nor a plumbing service!
Do you want to spend $840 for Lowe's to install a toilet?

I ordered a kitchen cart on Lowe's website on April 16. Fedex promptly lost it on April 17. I had to wait a week to file a claim for the lost package. Then I was told by Lowes that it would take up to 10 days to process the refund. Today is the 10th day and still no email from Lowes saying the refund is processed. Even when they finish processing, it will take another week or so to appear in my account. This has been a miserable experience. Several phone calls to Fedex and Lowes and no results yet. I will never order online from Lowes again. I found, ordered and received a kitchen cart from Amazon (for less money!) than it has taken to process this refund. Lowes/Fedex should have just sent me another of the same cart if Fedex lost the first one rather than making me jump through all these hoops to get a refund. The real kicker is if I still wanted that kitchen cart, I would have to order it again from their website, pay again and hope that Fedex doesn't lose it again. No thanks

Lexi, Hamid, and the manager Pam were amazing! All smiling and very helpful! Will only ever shop at this location, much cleaner and neater than the Mckinney location off of 75. The difference is day and night. Got a nice new rug for my living room and a cute little doormat for our front door. 💋❤️

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
