  I went to Lowe’s a few weeks ago to buy a washer and dryer. I did get very good service from Damoris. Helpful and friendly! when my washer and dryer were delivered I had very friendly very helpful and knowledgeable associates. but apparently my dryer wasn’t working correctly. a sensor issue?? I really don’t know. but you have to dry everything two or three times for it to dry. so I called the next day. I call Lowes and I get the AI. They won’t let me talk to anyone. I have to call Whirlpool. I called back when I didn’t hear from Whirlpool in three days and they tell me there are no Whirlpool agents to service my appliance in Abilene. I have to pay upfront for a service man to come out and then they will reimburse me. so I call Lowes back. Victor is very helpful. Lowes sends me out a new dryer today and of course I got some jerk that brought the new dryer! his helper took the dryer off the truck. The main guy practically dumped my dryer out of the box and when the door wouldn’t shut, he slammed it shut so that now it doesn’t shut properly! so I call Lowes. I get hung up on three times. I have to drive to Lowes. I am pissed!😡 thankfully had a very nice assistant manager/associate named Joel who helped me out. Not only am I getting another discount but they’re coming out tomorrow to repair the dryer door first thing in the morning. (I could’ve had a replacement, but I just asked them to come fix it.) now if I have any more problems, I am returning my washer and dryer and I want my darn money back! but hopefully this takes care of the problem and hopefully my dryer works well. I hope there’s no heating problem with this dryer. I will highly rate their associates who work in the store and the first two delivery drivers but I have nothing good to say about the main delivery person I had today. his helper didn’t even come in; didn’t talk to me, so I have no words good or bad to say about him. (Heard they were contracted.) 7/5/26 so unfortunately I’ve had a few issues with the delivery drivers and couple issues with two of the dryers but after today, I have a nice new dryer. It’s working good. The delivery driver that arrived this time is the same one that came the very first time. very polite. very nice, and did a very good job. The delivery driver I had in the middle was a very rude. Slammed my dryer around and the door wouldn’t shut or open correctly! I’m thankful for Antonio and the job he and his partner did for me today! thank you Lowes for replacing the dryer once again. hopefully.. God willing, this is the one that stays! 7/8/26… let’s continue the Lowes saga! 😡 at this point I’m ready to give them a one star and I’m so frustrated with the issues and problems I’m having. my maintenance man came over today and he tells me I don’t even have the correct hose on the dryer and won’t reconnect it and the only reason he came over is because the Lowes delivery guy told me that the lint trap hose was broke. My maintenance man says it’s not and he won’t reconnect the hose until I get the correct one for the dryer. along with that he tells me that the electrical wires that are in the back, well there’s something missing to connect to the dryer and it shouldn’t be exposed! so I am just so disappointed with Lowes at the moment. I’m so tired of all this. I’m ready to return my washer and dryer and go somewhere else. I’ve had enough of a headache with this and I’m about ready to tell everybody don’t buy anything from Lowes. Let the story continue! At this rate, my review and rating will keep going down!

  My husband works in construction so we shop here alot. Today I returned a couple of items because they were a better price online. I thought they would match the price or I could find the door that was advertised.(It was the exact same door, but in-store) Candice in customer service was so rude from the time I walked to the counter. Then she accused me of lying about what my reason for returning them was. Usually people are very helpful at this store, Candice, not so much.

  Do not contract with Lowe’s to do home flooring. From the beginning when I was scheduled for an estimate and no one showed up I should have gone to someone else. After finally getting my estimate, agreeing on a price and date for install, no one showed up on the installation date even after I was in contact all day with the company and was told multiple times that they were “just finishing up another job” and would be on the way and complete mine. After rescheduling, the installer was unable to finish my floor as the estimator did not give him everything he would need to complete the edges of the floor so he left. A week later I was contacted by Lowe’s and was told that it would be an additional $700 to complete my floor and that was where I ended it. Completely unacceptable. Thank you for wasting my time.

  There are no checkers here. Everything is self checkout. Zero stars for not being customer oriented. I should not have to use self check out, I am not an employee of Lowe's. Unless there is a discount the corporate is getting work for free. I am canceling my credit card here and will find some other place for all my home improvement needs
