Went in two separate times was told there was nothing they could do to help me with my 1300 dollar order of flooring that was missing and directed to call the driver support number then got directed by driver support to speak back with the Lowe’s store in order to see camera footage my order was never even prepared yet still got marked as picked up and delivered when they found this out it still took almost 2 hours to get my flooring and no apology staff was friendly but unfortunately severely undertrained it seems

Easily found what we wanted. Employee was close by. He loaded our item onto a cart. Took it upfront for us and waited for us to check out. He loaded our stuff in our pickup for us. Excellent service

My husband and I had ordered flooring from Lowe’s. It was supposed to be delivered and was not we were. We did not receive a phone call we had to call. They said that it would end up being delivered the next week. It was not due to negligence, so I had to hire somebody to come pick it up from the store because it wasn’t gonna be delivered in time for our contractors and once the order was picked up and brought to our house half the order wasn’t even correct of what we had ordered not only that whenever I had complained about these issues several times I was not given any compensation or any offer of compensation. I will never work with this location of Lowe’s ever again and I recommend you don’t either.

We have had great experiences there until recently. We bought a new propane tank, took the receipt outside and waited and waited more. Keep in mind it is 98 drgess outside.. For 20 minutes seating in the heat of the day. My husband went in only to be scolded by a young women, long black curly hair, and glasses that she was busy! And a conversation was more important with an employee other then us buning up outside. We wait 10 more minutes, soaked in sweat now, dehydrated -and still nothing.
We finally get home with the stated tank and it does not work. 70 dollars down drain and we live 30 minutes out town. I highly suggest customer success classes to your employees. Completely unneeded and unprofessional.
