It was clean and had lots of staff around to guide me to the correct area and also to find what was available/ in stock for me to choose from. As it were the item I needed was one that they only had one option so luckily it was a set that included the main item I required. So I give 3 stars for lack of options/ choices in store (the app/ online i found that lowers actually has many options they don't always have avail in store) and for the check out girl whom was super slow as she was being distracted by the handsome Co worker who had better conversation but yes, otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

Never visit this Lowe’s or Lowe’s @ all. 2nd time this week trying to pick up an order and no toolbox! With no solution in site after a 1 hour order purchase the day before with instructions of next day pick up! First order was received but lost 🤷🏻

I got a text saying my siding order from last night is ready to be picked up. I went to the counter near lumber and wait forever for the little girl to get off the phone so I can tell her I’m here to pick up. She said to go to the customer service (at the other end of the store) and tell them.
I waited in a lengthy line at customer service until I reached the counter where the employee told me that I need to check myself in using the computer screen down the hall. Fifteen (15) minutes wasted just to check-in.
I waited another 30-minutes and still my order isn’t filled. I asked for, and spoke to, a manager. My order was filled shortly afterward.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
