  I wanted to take a moment to give a big shoutout to Trophy Pools and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering building a custom pool. Building a custom concrete (gunite) pool can be exciting, but it can also be incredibly anxiety-provoking. We were given a 90-day timeline, and Chris did a great job of making sure that happened. From our very first meeting, he sat down with us, explained all of our options, answered every question, and helped us design a pool that fit both our vision and our budget. His experience and expertise were evident throughout the entire process, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. Like any custom construction project, there were a few hiccups along the way, but what truly set Trophy Pools apart was Chris's responsiveness. Anytime we had a question or concern…even during evenings or weekends….he was quick to respond, troubleshoot the issue, and make sure we felt taken care of. That level of communication made the entire experience far less stressful. His crew absolutely worked their tails off. Manuel was awesome! It was obvious they took pride in what they were building, and their attention to detail showed every step of the way. We'd also like to recognize his son, Maddox, who was incredibly helpful throughout the project and always willing to lend a hand. One of the best decisions we made was hiring Trophy Pools to continue caring for our pool after construction. Having a knowledgeable team maintain everything has made owning a pool so much more enjoyable and has allowed us to simply relax and enjoy it instead of worrying about the details. Another thoughtful addition was installing a safety fence to help keep our four-legged family members safe. It gave us tremendous peace of mind and is something we truly appreciate. The only "problem" we're having now is that all we want to do is invite our friends and family over to swim. Trophy Pools didn't just build us a beautiful pool…. they helped create a place where some of our favorite memories will be made for years to come. For that, we're incredibly grateful.

  Maddox and his crew have been doing our weekly service for a few months now and it’s been great. Pool’s always clear and they never miss a week. Had a pump go out and he had it fixed in a couple days, no runaround. Would recommend to anyone in the Newcastle area.

  Trophy pools came out and transformed my water condition just in time for my 4th of July get together, I don’t even know where to start. Professional top notch from the first phone call to weekly service check ins. The techs text me weekly with my update. I highly recommend them for a worry free summer, Thank you Trophy Pools.

  The folks I’ve used are no longer in the business. There doesn’t seem to be many that service above ground pools so finding Trophy left me happy and a little nervous. Maddox and Beau have been Fantastic with this year’s opening. I’m my case the “Green to Blue” service was more like Really Green to Beautifully Blue!! They’ve built trust which is difficult with me. They’re reliable. They’ve done what and when they said they would (and a little more). I like the notifications. VERY Highly recommend..!!

  Beau came out and checked my above ground pool. It was a mess and cloudy. He worked it several trips to get it right. I appreciate his hard work and patience. Very happy with Trophy pools. I will continue to use them in the future.
