  Wow ,bad products look like there falling apart and less than 6 months old, I think I should have went to big lots for this kind of crap! Inspect every inch,never buy what's on the floor if it's has electric parts unless they plug in for you. What a joke I AM TOTALLY EMBARRASSED OF THIS CRAP AND MY GUEST SAY THEY THOUGHT I WAS BUYING NEW ITS THE MOST EMBARSING THING I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY HOUSE ,CUSHIONS SLIP OFF COUCH AND I COULD GO ON , ABSOLUTELY ZERO QUALITY JUST WOW 😳 wow ,wow and wow save the excuses I purchased crap and you can change words but fact is it's junk ! No excuses excepted. Crappy furniture end of story ! And no backing up product just excuses. When your cushions fall off EVERY TIME you sit on problem! Well they said for me to buy something non slip to try ..um you fix not me,but that's not a problem they say ,when you recline back and the cushion goes forward and your bum falls behind the cushion that's not a problem ,when three people sit on the couch and the middle cushion flies out that's not a problem either they say, when nothing lined up that's not a problem dear God I'm sorry my expectations are so high,I sit with a pillow behind my back because of the gap and one to the side so I don't fall in a hole, never ever ever would I buy this furniture again , going to give it away and buy something with quality and products that are backed.aybe I should try the Good Will 🤦so crazy just Bazar Poor business practices and junk sold !!!

  We purchased a sofa a few months ago from the Reynoldsburg location and it was the absolute best furniture shopping experience we’ve had!! Our sales person Baha was wonderful!! Very knowledgeable, patient, respectful, friendly and helpful. Everything from the upholstery choice, cushion details etc. was handled so well. The communication throughout the whole process was fantastic and the delivery was very smooth and professionally managed. It’s nice to know that customer service is still important to businesses like this one. I highly recommend Fine Home Furnishing. We will definitely be back for future purchases.
