Extra space stored out furniture for a month, saving us major expense, while having updates at our home this summer. Friendly people who run the space on Cherry St. here in our hometown in Kent. Helped when need and not in your face when you don't. Unit was clean, and plenty big enough for our needs. Would recommend to anyone with a need!

We had a an excellent experience with Extra Space Storage, Kent OH. The unit was clean and ready when we arrived. The staff is friendly and communication was easy. If they were unable to answer a call, voicemail messages were returned promptly.
Definitely recommend. The entire process was simple and the facility is well maintained.

So far my husband and I are very happy with Extra Space Storage. We are new to Rving and are storing our RV. Josh was so helpful and patient with me. I tried signing up online and I finally had to come into the office and he took care of everything.
After a few weeks Brandee saw my husband and I struggling to get our trailer backed into the spot. She came right over and suggested we move to a new spot. She took care of it and now we couldn’t be happier with our spot. We had some good laughs. Thank you Josh and Brandee!
