The sales people in the Dublin, Ohio store were great. But after waiting six weeks for our new sofa and leather recliners, they were delivered and were completely wrong. The sofa is defective. Both recliners were the wrong color. Blue instead of tan. Now we’re waiting longer for the correct recliners. We’d like a refund on the flex steel defective sofa, but have been denied A repairman will be out in a couple of weeks. We are doubtful it is Fixable. We’d like to start over with a different brand.

Our third time dealing with Suja, and once again, she knocked it out of the park.

We loved our experience at Fine Home Furnishings. Jerry was the best. He didn't push us and gave us all the information we needed to make the right decision. Also, they have lines of beautiful hand-crafted furniture. We are pleased with our furniture.
