  If you are okay with your appliance having a scratch or dent, you will find a great deal here. I've bought a few appliances here, great for when you are in a pinch because you can get the item same day if you are willing to haul it yourself.

  The lady associate that was helping me was great! However, as she was in the middle of assisting me, the lady “supervisor” came by telling her what she needed to do up front as if I was invisible and she wasn’t in the process of helping a customer. THEN, after I purchased the appliance I asked the male associate who was going to help me load it, if he could wipe the dust off of it? His reply was “Sorry, you bought it as is. You’ll have to wipe it off yourself.” So is that what as is means? I’ve purchased plenty of “as is” vehicles and this is not that. I feel very disrespected.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Lowe’s outlet in Cuyahoga Falls due to poor service and misleading delivery practices. Although delivered in a Lowe’s truck, delivery is outsourced, which caused issues with my refrigerator. When it arrived, the team said it was “not possible” to remove the doors to bring it inside, which I later learned was untrue. The fridge had to be returned, and I requested a partial refund for the incomplete delivery. In-store, I spoke with manager Caleb, who said nothing guarantees in-home delivery, despite staff and Lowe’s website suggesting otherwise. I was also told I could get free delivery if I make another purchase, leaving no real resolution if I can not find anything I want to buy from them. Overall, the experience felt misleading and the lack of accountability by Caleb was disappointing.
