  I’m upset. I bought a fridge, it said 50% off but it really was not I looked it up and the fridge I bought brand new and considering there was no delivery fee was only 200$ more online. they also said handles would be installed at delivery, they were not . There were three handles when I looked at the fridge I purchased, it was delivered with two and the handle costs over 100$ . So I really only saved 100$ for buying a fridge with a dent in it on a $1200 purchase. I could have just bought new. and I have to figure out how to get these handles on myself. I’m so disappointed ): this store seemed like such a cool concept but didn’t save me much money at all. Everyone at the store and delivery was nice but I’m disappointed I really didn’t save much money at all for what I got.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Lowe’s regarding a refrigerator delivery and replacement. I was explicitly told that my broken fridge would be picked up and that the same model would be redelivered within two days. Based on that promise, I made arrangements and expected the issue to be resolved quickly. Not only did I never receive any confirmation of the replacement delivery, but now I’m being told I have to come back into the store, pick out a different refrigerator, and accept a later delivery date. This is completely unacceptable. The burden of fixing this situation has been pushed onto me, despite the fact that Lowe’s failed to follow through on what was clearly promised. This has been a frustrating and time-wasting experience, especially for something as essential as a refrigerator. Reliable communication and honoring commitments should be the bare minimum. At this point, I have lost confidence in Lowe’s ability to handle even basic customer service issues properly. I expect better accountability and follow-through from a company of this size. I would not recommend this location based on how this situation has been handled.

  Terrible... dont waste your time....upon delivery refrigerator sounded like it was about to blow.....11 days later im still waiting on my refund to buy another refrigerator from an actual reliable source.

  I want to give this a 5 star as the interaction in store was great, however upon delivery of my fridge the delivery driver's didn't reinstall the doors to the fridge properly and closing the fridge door damaged the mullion on the French door fridge. I ended up having to re-adjust the door hinges to make sure the mullion didn't hit the other door, but now I have a seal that has damage on it.

  This is now the second item I have purchased from them that does not work. Then we have to uninstall and take all the way back for a refund. Not worth it at all. Management does not care. I wouldn’t waste my time or effort to “try” to save.
