I remodel homes for myself and my clients before they sell, and this is THE BEST place to pick up appliances, especially refrigerators!! Recently bought a refrigerator and undercounter microwave for less than half the normal price for one of my flips!

Excellent place to save a lot if you don’t mind small imperfections that don’t affect the performance, most appliances are in really good shape,

The outlet is just what it is. I went for a stand up freezer and found one. I did get the warranty but after they explained it its not what you think. 3 year is actually a 2 year warranty. Delivery fee is expensive but less headache for us so we paid it. Purchase on a Monday delivery set for Thursday. Will update once delivered. Update: delivery was perfect no issues, but it didnt work. Was pluged in from the time it was delivered Thursday about 9.30am to friday at 5.30a and wasn't cold at all, not even refrigerator cold. They did come pick it up Saturday morning which is was still plugged in and still wasn't cold but did tell me normally the delivery fee is not refunded. $125 for nothing is a ripe off, they expected me to take that loss which is nuts. I did purchase a new one from the store, not the outlet. My time was completely wasted and I would not recommend this place. Two stars are for the delivery and pick up, that went great

While there was a good selection of options, I was very disappointed in my purchase. I bought a dryer and picked it up myself. Got it home, unloaded to the second floor laundry room, changed out the electric cord, and plugged it in. Only to find that it does not work properly. The drum moves very slow and it’s as loud as a freight train. While I understand this is an outlet and the item may have scratches or dents, I do expect it to work. I will now have to go thru the trouble to move it back down a flight of stairs and find a truck to return it. A lot of hassle to get a dryer that doesn’t work. Seems like Lowe’s should check all the appliance before selling them to make sure they work properly.; it would be as easy as plugging it in and hitting the start button. This experience makes me hesitate to buy any appliances from Lowe’s.
