  Many untrained employees. It took them 3 hrs to refund 1900 in cash because they have to do a voucher for payment that they hope you use in the stop instead of refunding cash. This was last week. I went to get another refund yesterday due to the delivery guys being to lazy to unpack the box, remove the doors and bring inside. So another voucher that another assistant manager didn't know how to refund. After I threatened to go to the store manager who wasn't there according to the asst manager, I demanded my cash refund since I paid cash. I told them I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I will also file a complaint with their corporate office. They had the nerve to FedEx an overnight envelope to me today with a letter from Lowes stating they enclosed a a Refund Card where i can use at their.store or online. I am so angry I want to return the new unused dishwasher, stove, washer and dryer. They obviously don't appreciate my business and are not worthy of my cash. Shame on you Lowe's to take advantage of a disabled senior citizen. You don't deserve the one star. UPDATED AND STILL UNRESOLVED: Since I posted this complaint, I received a fluffy meaningless"sorry. " It suggested that I call their Customer Service number. I phoned Customer Service the same day as this posting, I believe May 28th, 2026. I have yet to hear from Lowe's Customer Service. I called to speak to a supervisor but of course, they didn't respect my request and gave me the runaround. I ordered another refrigerator from Queen City Appliances and received it today. Double shame on Lowes. I have not had a refrigerator since i moved into my house and tossed all my food as a result. I will give an opportunity to disgrace, shame, and give the bad mouth Lowe's for putting me through this unnecessary, shameful, discriminatory, time consuming and costly horrible adventure with LOWes is the LOWest. I hate Lowes. Give me back my cash . Lowe's are thieves, crooks and they don't care about customer service or their customers regardless of how many times they "sorry". It is totally meaningless, fruitless and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I have attached the letter I received via FedEx the next day I requested a cash refund as i had paid. They didn't know or didn't want to refund cash. Hence the flaky, unprofessional, uncaring way to tie up my money while I fight this battle with LOWes. It is affecting my depression, anxiety and PTSD. Thank you LOWes for screwing (I'm being polite) with my mental health. LOWes sucks. I hate uour store and what u should stand for but don't.

  I purchased a Frigidaire gallery refrigerator and a whirlpool dryer from Lowe’s outlet about a year ago. Both appliances were brand new with plastic wrap still attached. Not to mention it was a great deal compared to what it would cost in the store. Saved hundreds. If you’re looking to save Some money and Don’t mind a Ding or dent here And there I would highly recommend this place.

  Lowe’s store claims to have a standard bulk buyer policy, but in reality, manager seems to make up their own rules on the spot. • Some customers get a flat 75% off their entire bulk purchase, while others are only offered 30%, 50% 75% based on colored tags. • Managers appear to apply discounts on bulk purchases at their own discretion, often picking and choosing who gets the best deals. • This creates the impression that favoritism is at play,better discounts possibly going to those who tip or have a personal connection. • As a legitimate bulk buyer, it feels unfair and discriminatory. We’re not being treated consistently or professionally. Lowe’s corporate really needs to address this and enforce a clear, uniform policy for all bulk buyers across every store. This kind of inconsistency damages trust with Lowe's outlet Store.
