  Do not buy appliances from this store, the manager is biased. The products, Samsung and LG refrigerators are know to be defective.After about three months the freezing parts do not work properly. And the manager is very arrogant.

  Lots of dented stuff but some undented jewels among them. I bought a Bosch fridge for $700 that I saw at a regular Lowe's store for $2,700. Arrived dented though. They took it back but then I had to go back and find another fridge. Found another $3,000 fridge for $900. That one arrived just fine. For the deal you can get I'd totally do this again if needing appliances. Shawn helped me the first time and was gold. Kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.

When you come to the store The store manager picking choose people to the personality and raise is the color and he give you the Deal Lowe’s outlet no have a clear policy for bulk buyermanager whatever he wants beware! June 6 Store manager is off this day. I purchased the appliances 75% off 22 pieces and I pick up and left is the store is the four piece pieces After three days, I come back to try to purchase more because I have apartment building more than hundred house houses Store manager see me I am Asian Middle East and he refuse me to give me more appliances He say if I see you before I’m not able to give it to you why other Floor-supervisor He Sale tome ?

  “Buyers beware. I visited the Lowe’s in Reisterstown, Baltimore two weeks ago and was very disappointed by what I witnessed in the store. The store manager runs the location like his personal kingdom — store policy is applied at his discretion rather than equally for all customers. When I asked about bulk purchase discounts, I was told there’s no clear written policy — it’s entirely up to the manager’s choice who gets the discount and who doesn’t. The manager gave preferential treatment to a Caucasian couple from North Carolina who arrived with their own truck, treating them far better than regular shoppers, who were largely ignored. The floor supervisor even advised the couple to call ahead so the best items could be reserved for them. The couple also handed out $100 gift cards to store employees, which raises serious concerns about favoritism, racial bias, and potential bribery. This type of treatment needs to be reviewed by the district manager. All customers deserve fair and consistent service from Lowe’s — not the manager’s personal preference.” This needs to be addressed ASAP.
