- SSStuartSep 9, 20194.0We just bought all new appliances and had them delivered and installed. There was a small issue with the microwave installation but the guy was able to do it without an extra charge so that was good. Installation of the oven showed that we had a door that was bent and a weird scratch inside the brand new oven. GE immediately said it wasn’t their fault and referred me back to the dealer. I already made my mind up to buy from Rosner’s because of the commercials and the good reviews and they have been in business for many years. I almost didn’t because of the salesman but I went ahead and bought them anyway because we needed the appliances. I’m very happy to say that Debbie stepped up and did the right thing and they replaced the damaged stove and no charge. All companies have an issue now and then the difference is if they step up to the plate and do the right thing. Happy to say that Rosner’s did that for us. I would be giving them a five if it wasn’t for the sales person that helped us. He needs a little training.
