I still have not received the stove due to all the pandemic going on, this I understand but my complaint is they never give me an update regarding the stove. I call every week to Lee which was the salesperson always promising me he will call back and never does, last time I visited the store and spoke with Greg Dalton (General Manager) which I told him my issues and promised me he will make sure I get a call. Well this has been more than a week and still waiting for the call. Very, very bad customer service
