  I recently bought a garage freezer from this store. the purchase was easy and it got delivered a few days later. It was during the day and I loaded it up after it cooled up. Approximately a week later I went to the freezer at night and noticed the freezer light was not working. I called the store and spoke to a kid who says he was the manager and I needed to call back within 48 hours from delivery to report issues. This information was never mentioned to me. Obviously I didn't brake the light and I would expect then to handle getting the problem resolved. Not happy with the service I've received or the attitude from the kid manager.

  What a hidden gem! This place is amazing! The deals at Lowe’s Outlet are unbelievable. We found high-quality products at prices that are hard to beat, and the selection was much better than we expected. There are incredible savings throughout the store, making it easy to find great products without breaking the budget. The staff was also friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. If you love a good deal and quality home products, this place is absolutely worth checking out. We’ll definitely be back!

  I went to the store on sand lake today at 7:54. The cashier was very rude. He loudly us in Spanish that we have only 5 minutes and he said he need to go home like us. He lost the purchase and also the customers. He was screaming to us because we are Spanish people. If we are white people I know he don't said nothing.
