  Love this store, SO GRATEFUL they do not have a site to search Inventory & you have to physically go into the store to see what they have so it really is a treasure hunt. The only complaint I have is that they chose to open this store 1.5 hours away from me! If you'd have consulted with me before breaking ground I wouldn't have to make 2 trips every time I stop in to look around & end up always needing my trailer when I leave! 😂 I'm on the turnpike right now heading to the store as I type this review in fact! When I visit Orlando it is mandatory that I stop at the Lowe's outlet to see what I neither have the space or even the funding for but is for sure coming home with me! My last larger appliance purchase was an amazing Samsung Refrigerator that I got for a fraction of retail and has had ZERO issues since I brought it home nearly a year ago. Anyone complaining about "Not standing behind the products" or equipment issues is unjustified in those statements & the negative ratings should be excluded from the averages because Lowes VERY clearly states at time of purchase you have 48 hours to bring the product back for exchange or refunds beyond that you would have to use the ADDITIONAL WARRANTY YOU CAN PURCHASE OR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY! Our fridge was missing a drawer and sold as is, instead of buying the part online for $110 I contacted Samsung & they sent me a replacement at no cost. You have options, be resourceful, and taken action, don't blame the staff for your mistake or misinterpretation of policy. Anyways, I'm off topic, but if you need discount appliances stop in and check out the massive facility with something in practically everyone's budget

  The installers were in such a rush to get my fridge in the house they didn’t replace the water line, didn’t do an operational check with my wife, and then when she called the store they told her the installers wouldn’t install it because it’s a plastic line. There was a brand new steel braided icemaker line on the counter with the Lowe’s receipt and the person on the phone got the manager, he said they can’t install it because it’s not directly behind the fridge, but the policy says within 6 feet. I will not ever purchase from this store again. The guys were in wish a rush they left their level at my home. The lady on the phone told my wife of it’s so easy why don’t I install it. I purchased from Lowe’s because of the delivery and installation. The product works fine so I’ll give it two stars.

  Nelson, We had a great experience at Lowe’s thanks to Nelson! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when helping us choose our washer and dryer. He took the time to explain all the features, benefits, and perks of each option, which made it so much easier for us to decide what was the best fit for us. We really appreciated his patience and excellent customer service. Thank you, Nelson, for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable! Highly recommend asking for him if you need help choosing appliances.
