  Keshawn has taken SUCH good care of my sister that I had to leave a review for him never having met him. He was there every step of the way after her fridge went out and she needed a new one. After a mishap with the first fridge she purchased being too wide, Keshawn made it a point to be there to help her get one that was the right fit. These things can be so frustrating, but the past few days she’s done nothing but rave about how kind and helpful he’s been. Keshawn you don’t know me, but thank you for making my sister’s experience that much easier!!!!

  Recommended by a friend and went to check it out. A lot of refrigerators to look at marked down between 30 and 70%. Seemed like a good deal until I started comparing the prices with the normal storefront prices. 30% off with slight blemishes equated to the normal store price or slightly higher. 50% off with noticeable dents equates to a few hundred dollars less than the store price. Delivery/installation charge 100$+ more than the store charges. Even some brand new ones still in boxes marked down 30% were $100 more than at the store.

  I don’t know what managers you all are hiring but the man (think his name is charles, younger guy) with the gauges & he vapes; asked this man to help load a lawnmower as everyone else outside was getting help outside, this man had the audacity to look at us and say “pfft. (laughed) im a manager i’m not gonna help you but i’ll get someone” and then proceeded to never get anyone. You’d think as we were there basically paying your salary spending over 10k you’d have a little more decency than that. Everyone up front sits there and talks about video games. The warehouse people are wonderful. But I think charles’ title needs to be reevaluated.

  Don’t ever go here. Their target customer is people who don’t know anything about appliances and the ones who are easily tricked by false sales tactics. Every fridge in there is “marked down” by 50%. Fridge I looked at said originally $4000 and 50% off for sale price or $2,000. I looked up the model number and the fridge is being sold brand new for $2,300, not $4,000. So instead of the 50% off, it’s more like $200 off for a fridge with scratches and/or dents. It’s a false discount

  Ask for Gordon. He was extremely helpful. Gave my daughter a good deal. Thorough in inspecting the refrigerator before selling it to my daughter making sure she was fully aware of where the damage was to the refrigerator. There was a small problem with the delivery and Gordon was responsive in helping to fix it. Definitely will be back for other appliances.
