  Not sure about everyone there, but Dylan was a huge help. I bought a refrigerator and brought it home just to find out it would not cool. You have 48 hours to call them about it. I did and then returned it the next weekend. Dylan helped us and we found a refrigerator that worked for us and everything worked. They have all types of appliances. Some of the guys loading are a little ruff and the appliances. I know, it's scratch and dent for the most part, but I dont want more on added during loading. But, they are fast though. Once you purchase, your out in seconds. Again, Dylan made the experience great so if you reading this, thankyou! Pro tip. If you pull the appliance out and look at the back you will see a sticker that has the reason it's there!

  1st time visiting this store. We literally looked at every single thing in there. There were a lot of appliances, ceiling fans, odds and ends things to look at for your home. We were on the hunt for a stove and fridge, but please do compare their prices to brand new prices at lowes because I did see several things that were cheaper at lowes or really close in price comparison that might just be worth to buy brand new without a dent or scratch, so don't buy without comparing and don't buy without seeing if it works 1st. We did find a fridge we liked about $100 cheaper than brand new from Lowes bc of a dent on the back of the fridge no one would see anyway, but when we tried to see if it would work it would never kick on to cool. It was a fridge/freezer combo that would be either or. It could be all fridge or all freezer or both, but we just went to Lowes to buy the brand new one just like it since that one would never kick on and I went ahead and got a brand new stove there as well since I was already there. However, come to find out, I think the reason the fridge would never kick on is because it was not connected to wifi. We didnt know it needed wifi in the outlet store because the man didnt tell us that and we didnt have a booklet to look at at the store. Because when we got home with the brand new fridge, it did the same thing. It wouldn't kick on until the wifi was connected to it. I think that's stupid. You shouldn't have to connect wifi to devices before it'll work properly, but now that it's on, it will work with or without it. The only thing I like about it having it, is it tells me if the fridge has been left open and needs closing which comes in handy because my kids do leave it open sometimes. Our power went off not long after having the fridge and the wifi did connect itself back on its own. So having said all that I probably could have went ahead and got the cheaper fridge with the dent if that was actually the reason it never kicked on, but I'll never actually know. It seemed to work otherwise. Oh well, though. The store does have good deals and nice appliances and ill probably be back in the future.

  You never know what good deals you might find here. Adrien was super helpful and kind. He even loaded everything I bought into my trunk while it was pouring rain so I could keep my toddler dry. That extra bit of kindness and customer service really stood out.

  Great prices on items but delivery cost is too high $125. Great if you are picking up and installing yourself
