Erin and Michael were absolutely wonderful. They went out of their way to help me find a product that I was searching for in store through the app. Turned out user error on my part and simply not looking left or right enough was the problem but they were professional and even though I felt like I was an inconvenience requesting help they made me feel no such way. Smiling and walking across the store to help me was of no concern to them they are definitely valuable caring employees!

In February we bought 2-5gal buckets of paint. Looked at the 1st one to make sure it was the right color, and it was. We were chit chatting with the associate and didn't look at the 2nd paint color. In March,out contractor opens one and paints 2 bedrooms, a hallway,and a bathroom. He opens the 2nd bucket and begins painting and notices the 2 colors do not match. I tried contacting the store,and after multiple phone calls and the store manager not being there, I go back to the store with the paint and an invoice for cost,from our contractor to repaint. I spoke to Scott,a supervisor, and he told me with a smart ass tone,that I was being overcharged. And after speaking with the store manager, I see where he gets his poor customer service. After multiple attempts and not hearing anything for a month, I finally speak with the store manager who said the claim was never submitted and he would get on it. This was the 1st and last time I spoke with the actual store manager. He has no concern for customer service,what so ever. It's now July and nothing has been resolved. I hope you never have to use their insurance company for a claim. And I would highly recommend finding another Lowe's store,better yet,go to Marvins!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
