  Called ahead for availability, helpful heads up about warehouse hours closing soon, drove the distance, checked the product, paid and out of there lickety split. Many years I have shopped this store for all my furniture and bedding needs, always best in class service for great quality products! Dependable, professional and helpful!!

  I was very disappointed in Denver mattress. We thought we got a good deal on a mattress that was on sale. We still paid around 1700 so it still wasn't cheap. When the mattress was delivered we noticed right away a big stain right in the middle of the mattress. Upon further inspection we see crumbs, dirt, a tear and more stains. We called Denver Mattress ans they agreed to pick up rhe dirty mattress deliver another one at the end of the week. The 2nd mattress was delivered and the plastic it was wrapped in was all taped up. The original wrapping was all torn up. It was the same thing, a dirty mattress. We called Denver mattress back and they informed us that any mattress on sale/clearance is either a floor model or a used mattress. We were never told this when we bought the mattress nor was it mentioned the first time we called to complain about the first mattress. We would not have bought it if we had known. I do not recommend anyone go shopping here.

  I went in looking for a mattress to replace the rock-hard one I never slept on. Our very nice and non-pushy salesman, Mark, showed me options and allowed my family and me to discuss at length which one would work best. He is the perfect salesman for this type of job: not pushy, not clingy, shows you options that fit what you are looking for, readily available to answer questions no matter how ridiculous they may sound, and of most importance to me, he doesn’t follow you around as if you were going to shop lift anything in the store. I would go back there and ask for Mark anytime even with the massive road construction going on in his area. Looking for a new mattress was something dreaded, but it ended up being a pleasant experience only because of Mark being the perfect sales person for me. He is, in my opinion, a real asset for Furniture Row and you will be wise to hang on to him. Thanks, Mark, for being the nice man you are.

  I had an outstanding experience at Denver Mattress thanks to Mark Mayes. He helped me and my wife find the perfect mattress, and we couldn’t be happier. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on what we needed. Mark took the time to understand both of our preferences, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel pressured. He made the whole process easy and stress-free, which we really appreciated. His customer service truly stands out, and it’s clear he cares about helping people make the right decision. If you’re shopping at Denver Mattress, definitely ask for Mark Mayes. You won’t be disappointed.

  After visiting 3 other mattress stores without finding “the one”, I went to Denver Mattress because they had a highly rated and affordable mattress which I thought might work for me. Angela was there to greet me. She was pleasant, attentive, and didn’t “pounce” on me like some salespeople do. She listened to my needs & calmly led me to 3 mattresses (in turn) to try. Each time she listened, explained the features, calmly answered my questions, didn’t rush me or overwhelm me with too much information. She was very knowledgeable and the communication felt very natural. When I wasn’t ready to buy on my first visit, she was gracious and gave me some literature that helped me decide what features were really important to me and their prices. I returned the next day to see Angela and try 2 mattresses again to be sure of my decision. She had given me her cell to text with questions in between my visits. I did so, and she answered right away. The check-out process was seamless. She explained the delivery & set-up process. We scheduled a time and agreed on a plan in case one piece that wasn’t in stock didn’t arrive before that date. I was extremely satisfied all around! Ask for Angela when you need a new mattress!
