The facility has an excellent security system, which made me feel confident that my belongings were safe at all times. The units are climate-controlled with AC, and the hallways are very spacious, making moving in and out easy. There were always plenty of dollies available, which was a huge plus. Most importantly, Mrs. Alice was absolutely wonderful—she was always professional, super sweet, and incredibly helpful with any questions I had. She always answered the phone and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this storage facility!

But we noticed it still had the employees tag and lock so it couldn't have been anyone else but an employee who knew about what was inside. Alice G was amazing, she did everything she could to get my money refunded back. If an employee is stealing from unit's like this, who's to say they haven't stole from any other unit. I am going to empty my storage unit this weekend but I was charged for the month already. I spoke to Alice and she went out of her way to reverse this month's payment and change my anniversary date. I'm only going to be charged for the 3 days I need to empty my unit. They are a great storage company and I would use them again if needed.
