  Very conflicted that they were actually working on the 4th. Grateful that they made and kept an appointment for me, but saddened that no one should have to work on Independence day. What was a downside was that the vision exam part of the office had no functioning HVAC, and according to the staff member working, its been like this for months with no repair date in sight. So instead of fixing the issue, the company has outfit the room with several fans to just blow the stifflingly hot air around the room. I'm only giving 4 stars because I have to believe that the company is dropping the ball on taking care of not only keeping their customer's comfort but it should be illegal how neglectful it is to have their employees work in those conditions, especially considering we have been experiencing a couple weeks worth of a heat wave. It's 2026, the tech, education and manpower is available. There is no valid reason to neglect your employee's health by failing to repair the HVAC for such a long time. Otherwise, staff were very upbeat and accommodating despite office conditions. I will continue to go back, but will hope the company starts taking things like this more serious.
