But I called today at exactly 11:11am to try and make an appointment for me & ky best friend. The lady asked my insurance, I told her and she said, we aren't in network with your insurance. I was confused, because I had been to other LensCrafters before, using the same insurance. So I called the other LensCrafter that I went to and I asked them what insurance they show that I had and they said eyemed. So I called back again at 11:18am and ask the lady who answered the phone if she could check my eligibility with eyemed. I gave her my name and date of birth and she said that she shows that I have coverage so that I asked her to check and see if she could make an appointment for my best friend too. I told her what insurance she had (cigna but we thought it was VSP) and she said we don't participate with that coverage. I'm sorry but, most of us don't know what insurance we have when it comes to Vision, so she could have simply just said, what's her name and date of birth; let me see if she also has eyemed too. When I hung up the phone we looked more into her insurance and found out that she also has eyemed, so he tried to call back again at 11:23 (no answer) 11:25 (no answer again) and 11:36 (no answer) so I waited 10 minutes and tried to call from my friend's phone and the lady picked up. I hung up instantly because at that point... it was clear to me that you literally filtered my call and were ignoring my call. Why you would not want to make two appointments, baffles me! So .. unfortunately this is my experience with this office and I hope that the doctors replace whoever they have answer the phone because she clearly doesn't want to be bothered.
