  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough great things about this GNC location in Smithfield. The store is always super clean, organized, and easy to shop—everything is exactly where you expect it to be. What really makes this place stand out though is Sid. She consistently goes above and beyond for her customers. Whether it’s sending helpful email reminders, breaking down current deals, or giving personalized recommendations based on your goals, she genuinely cares about helping you get the most out of what you’re buying. You never feel pressured—just supported. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does and values her customers. Every time I come in, there’s always someone ready to help, and the overall vibe is welcoming and professional. If you’re looking for a GNC where the staff actually knows their stuff and treats you like more than just a transaction, this is the spot. Highly recommend stopping in and asking for Sid!

  Store is always clean and well stocked. Customer service is also top notch! There is a young woman there…I believe her name is Sidney and she’s absolutely wonderful! Her product knowledge as well as her friendliness make her the perfect store manager.

  luckily this spot is right near my grandparents place! they remember us which is nice and the woman calls them when they get their meds in! they have also helped carry their shakes to car a+
