I had been putting off getting glasses for months, and I was especially nervous about getting progressive lenses. Kim was so understanding, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to listen to what I liked and helped me choose frames that suited both my style and my face. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so much easier than I expected. I’m so glad I finally went in! Highly recommend Warby Parker, and especially Kim, for making the experience such a positive one!
