  Dr. Fertik and his team provided exceptional care from start to finish. Despite my initial nervousness, I was immediately put at ease by their calm, welcoming demeanor. Every staff member demonstrated both thoroughness and genuine expertise, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. What truly impressed me was the level of care that extended beyond the appointment itself. Dr. Fertik personally called to check on my healing progress, showing a commitment to his patients that goes far beyond routine practice. Additionally, when my previous dentist was no longer accepting my insurance, Dr. Fertik and his team took the time to walk me through in-network options, ensuring a seamless transition to a new provider. I would highly recommend Dr. Fertik without hesitation.

  I was told I need to see a periodontist because of a suspicious area in my mouth. I was very fearful because I dread the process of needles in my mouth and the aftermath. I postponed the appointment three times before I finally went to see Dr Ferrig in early December. I cannot ring the praises high enough for Dr. Fertig. His demeanor Immediately set me at ease. He was gentle and talked me thru the process as he was working in my mouth. When he finished I felt no pain and I had no pain at any time thereafter. Literally, no pain. Well done Dr Fertig.

  I called many times during business hours after being referred here. I read many good reviews but my only experience here was speaking to the receptionists and hearing their answering machine. The 1st time I was schedule an 8:40a appointment a few weeks out. I never got a confirmation text or email so I continued to call to check if I had an appointment. The 2nd encounter was disheartening. The person gave me so much anxiety but i was desparate for help becuase of my teeth pain so i endured it. ( I am sorry if you are a nice person but my experience was overwhelming ). She scheduled me an appointment at 1:40p and said they "ONLY DID EXAMS IN THE AFTERNOONS", when i asked for an earlier time. Then as she attempted to schedule it she ASKED ME, why I was already in her system. At the beginning of the call i mentioned that I may have scheduled an appontnent but didnt know the time. So i asked her to verify that i didnt already have an appointment. She then told me i had one that very same day she was scheduling at an EARLIER time (840a). She used so many dentist jargon and cut me off many times that I had to use a stern voice by the end of my conversation to remind her that I am not in expert in dentistry which is why I was reaching out for assistance. Ultimately they told me I had 48 hours to change or cancel the appointment. They canceled my appointment less than 24 hours of my appointment.
