  Be very careful with your belongings at this location and bring your own lock. Friends invited us to attend our first class here to support the new instructor, Olivia. The workout was amazing and she was fantastic, but the visit was ruined by a security issue and management's behavior. During class, our bag was intentionally cut on both sides inside our assigned locker. As a vlogger, I record regularly and have clear before & after footage confirming the damage occurred during the session. When I calmly reported it, the owner, Paige, stated she was the only person present during class and immediately reacted with extreme hostility, shouting, and deflection. We couldn't understand why she was so rowdy and upset over a simple report. I don’t engage with people trying to cause a scene, so we walked away to handle the issue directly with corporate. Our friends were shocked by the unprofessionalism, and I felt completely unsafe leaving personal items here.

  Cyclebar Providence is so amazing. I highly recommend it to literally anyone. I started attending in April, and I was blown away by how friendly and welcoming the whole staff is. It took me until my 4th class to confidently clip in to the bike on my own, which I felt a little silly and embarrassed about, but anyone was *more* than willing to help me with anything, as many times as I needed. They just genuinely feel so happy to help. The classes are also a blast. I enjoy that while we are cycling for 30-45 minutes, it's constantly changing in pace or resistance or choreography, and the time just melts away with how fun it is.

  From the first text message from their staff informing me of their sign up process, to now my 30th ride that I completed tonight, I could not be more impressed! I participated in an Instagram AD deal and then signed up with their first month discount for unlimited. The staff, owners and environment are enjoyable, motivating, and overall so amazing. Love the community aspect. I highly recommend anyone interested in trying cycle to check out CYCLEBAR PVD!! 😍
