I had an amazing experience at Comfort Dental Providence! The office is always very clean, organized, and welcoming, which immediately puts you at ease. The staff truly go above and beyond for their patients they are friendly, attentive, and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Sanchez is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their dental health. Deandre was also outstanding—very professional, kind, and made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Overall, the level of care and customer service here is top-tier. I highly recommend Comfort Dental Providence to anyone looking for a dental office that truly values their patients!

Absolutely HORRIBLE. My first time at comfort dental in April 2026 was just terrible. I sat in the waiting room for nearly half an hour to an hour after my scheduled appointment time. I had X-RAYs done to my teeth and that was fine the lady who did that was very kind nothing negative to say to her. I then had to wait nearly TWO HOURS for the dentist to even come and actually see me. Luckily the lady who did my x-rays was very nice and she was also concerned at the long amount of time I had been waiting to see the dentist as well. She ended up moving me into the dentists main room, where multiple different hygenists and even the dentist came in without saying anything to me and acted as if i was completely invisible. that was almost another hour. The dentist finally came in to see me and off the bat was already going on and on about invisalign. I told her no. Then she told me i had multiple cavities and i need a root canal for one. I came back the next day for the root canal and boom, same thing. waited nearly an hour to be pulled into the procedure room. the surgeon was very polite and kind so no complaints there, everything went smoothly i believe. he told me it was an easy fix. when that was all done, guess what. i had to wait another HOUR with an open and bleeding tooth wound from a freshly done root canal to see the dentist to fit and place my crown. this is a serious concern. i should NOT have had to wait another HOUR to TWO HOURS with a wound in my mouth. that could cause infection. took almost twenty mins to be seen by the dentist just for her to only fit my tooth for the crown. another dental hygienist or assistant was the one who actually placed the crown in my mouth. now let me tell you this. she went to place the crown in my mouth and it popped out, fell on the floor, she didn’t even clean it just sprayed it with air/water i don’t even know which one, and then put it back in my mouth. are we serious??? ever heard of contamination and sanitation? clearly not here. after it was placed it was very uncomfortable and needed to be filed down which she did, the dental hygienist. she asked me if it felt okay, i said no. she filed it down more. she asked again, does it feel okay? i said no, more please it’s hitting my upper tooth. she said that’s okay it takes time getting used to and it’s swollen because of the root canal. i said okay, that makes sense. a couple of days later i came back for fillings. and yup, you guessed it. i was waiting for another 30 mins… the dentist tried to talk to me about invisalign again. i said no. keep in mind i have a smaller sized jaw and i am unable to fill extended/open my mouth fully because of this, invisalign wouldn’t fix that and that would be way too expensive anyways. when she started doing the fillings she kept trying to pry my mouth open farther than it was able to open and the pain was extreme, she was jamming some sort of water and air suction tube into my mouth that i had to keep there. it hurt. i went back a week later for the other ones and it was the same thing. remember how i said the crown was grinding and hitting my teeth above it? yeah, it BROKE OFF THE TIP OF SOME OF THE TEETH RIGHT ABOVE IT. and the porcelain crown has been taking damage as well because of the constant hitting and pressure. the crown has literally been chipping and fracturing away all because of the hygienist lack of knowledge. if i told her multiple times it is uncomfortable and it’s hitting my teeth, she should’ve filed it down more like i had asked, but nope it was brushed off and ignored and i was told that was normal. NO ITS NOT!!! i don’t ever want to go back to them. absolutely horrible experience. not only have i had horrible experiences with them, but so have other people i know that have been to them. i’m afraid to even have them fix my crown!!! my gums around the tooth have been nothing but red and inflamed. i still feel pain from the surgery. if they mess up and cause any more damage to my mouth, RIDOH will be contacted. this is unbelievably outrageous. i was taken as a joke.

The staff is very kind and welcoming, however, I had concerns regarding my experience with the Dr. Sanchez during my appointment today. The appointment was in regard to my cavities being treated and during my appointment I asked a question about one of my teeth because I was concerned about an area where a cavity had been identified. My concern was dismissed, and I was told that “that’s the anatomy of your tooth,” despite there being a visible crack on the side of the tooth. Dr. Sanchez expressed not needing to insert anesthesia because I was told the cavities were small. However, as the procedure continued and more drilling was performed, I experienced discomfort. When I flinched due to the sensation on the second time, I felt that my reaction caused annoyance to Dr. Sanchez rather than concern or an effort to determine whether I was experiencing pain. During the three visits to this office I was not provided with a clear explanation of how many cavities were being treated or which specific teeth were being worked on in each appointment. This left me feeling confused about my treatment plan and the condition of my teeth, I was not left reassured that all my cavities were properly diagnosed. After the procedure, the filling appeared to be uneven and left me concerns about the quality of the work. While I extremely I appreciate the kindness of the office staff and their awesome customer service. I personally believe Dr. Sanchez could improve on patient education, communication and her overall approach when it comes to patient care. Patients should be able to feel comfortable asking questions, understand the treatment that’s being performed, and have their concerns addressed respectfully throughout the procedure, not be dismissed. Lastly I would like to add that I understand insurance plans can vary, but I believe everyone should receive the same level of care, respect and communication.
